You can set up an initial appointment through the website, phone call, text message, or email. If you prefer to contact us via text or email, let us know your preferred appointment time, and we will reply to you as soon as possible. If there are no preferred appointment times available online, or more than one person want to come but you don't find consecutive schedule available online, simply contact us. We will help you to arrange schedule.

1. Please arrive on time and expect to spend about 45 minutes in the office for your first visit. Please wait in the waiting area, and we will assist you.

3. Please provide list of your medications through your first appointment link. You can also bring the list of them on your first visit.

2. Please wear comfortable shoes and loose clothes. Your shoes & socks must be taken off during session. Also, you should be able to roll up your sleeves above the elbows and pants above the knees. If your clothes are too tight, we can provide substitute clothes.

 Q: Is it safe/ Does it hurt?

 A: It is very safe and you feel no pain or minimal pain. There has been zero medical accident and sue case with Dr. Kim so far.

Q: How does acupuncture work?

 Q: How many treatments will I need?

 A: The number of treatments varies from person to person. Some people    experience immediate relief after the first treatment, others may take months to see results. Chronic conditions usually take longer to resolve than acute problems. For chronic conditions, you should plan on two weeks to see changes. We generally suggest two or three treatments per week for the first two or three weeks, and we reevaluate and determine follow-up treatment plan.
